We are seeking to recruit a Branch Manager with the passion and commitment to motivate our team in Hartlepool, to maintain excellent customer service levels whilst striving to achieve, and build upon, existing sales targets.
You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities and be an effective communicator. In addition you will possess a proven sales record gained through the identification and understanding of customer needs.
A Banking or Finance Sector related background would be advantageous.
