Buildings Insurance

With our buildings insurance, your home will automatically be covered up to a limit of £800,000 rebuilding costs provided the property meets certain acceptance criteria. It also includes:

• Up to £150 to cover call-out fees, labour costs and materials in case of emergencies such as burst pipes or failed central heating
• Up to £50,000 to cover alternative accommodation should you have to move out of your home temporarily as a result of an insured event
• Up to £2 million per claim to cover your legal liability as the owner of the building for causing injury to others or damage to their property

Contents Insurance

Our contents insurance allows you to choose from a range of contents cover limits up to £70,000 when you apply online. Cover includes:

• Up to £750 towards replacement of locks and keys if keys are stolen
• Up to £1,000 for loss of the contents of your freezer
• Accidental damage cover for TVs, stereos, mirrors and fixed glass in furniture
