The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is responsible for the regulation of General Insurance sales. Therefore, you will be provided with the following information when you contact us about insurance:
- Details of the service we are giving you (Initial Disclosure Document)
- A summary of the insurance policy being offered to you (Policy Summary)
To make finding this information easier, we've added it to the bottom of all our insurance pages, so look out for the "Summary" and "Keyfacts" links.
What are keyfacts documents?
Keyfacts documents contain important information about our insurance that you should read and understand before taking out a policy. They contain the Keyfacts logo, so that you can easily identify them.
The FSA has produced a consumer information website to explain more about keyfacts and regulations.
