We're sorry, but our website is not compatible with the browser you are using.

To get the best experience we would strongly advise using a more recent and compatible browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or iOS Safari.

As a mutual organisation, our local communities have always been important to us, and staying connected allows us to keep our members at the heart of everything we do.

Our online discussion forum, Connected Communities, is an online space for our members to share views, provide feedback and help shape the future of our Society.

As a registered Connected Communities member, you can share your views with other members and with us through regular discussions, polls and surveys on a range of topics – from grant-giving and product and service development, to what 'community' means to you.

But don’t just take our word for it, here’s what our members have to say:

  • “It’s easy to use, you get to read other people’s comments and respond to them and you’re free to ask your own questions… I like the fact that we get to communicate back… my advice would be to have a look and see what your fellow members are saying!”
  • “There is social inclusion in the Community. There are people on there that I’ve never met. I can bounce ideas off them… it is bringing people together.”
  • “I’m happy to be there, it’s something that I like to be involved with, especially a mutual organisation. I like to have my say!”

We love hearing from our members, and Connected Communities provides the opportunity for our members to join conversations and have their say on a range of topics.
