We’ve partnered with Citizens Advice Gateshead to provide a dedicated service for members and colleagues, providing confidential advice and support on a range of issues.

Through the Newcastle Building Society Community Fund, we provide grants to local charities and groups across the North East, Cumbria and North Yorkshire.

We believe in the importance of investing in our branch network, helping maintain high street access to financial services and face to face interactions.

All our branches now offer Slow Shopping sessions, providing a safe, welcoming and calm environment to those who need a little extra time, space and support.
