Whether it’s a face to face meeting or a question over the phone, with ongoing service Newcastle Financial Advisers are here for you.

You don’t have to take Ongoing Service, but you will be responsible for keeping track of your own investments and dealing directly with product providers.

No, it’s up to you. However you won’t be entitled to the added extras that come with it.

How do I get my annual review?

Newcastle Financial Advisers will send you an invite by post a few weeks before the anniversary of you taking your products.

What’s covered at my annual review?

Your Financial Adviser will discuss the performance of your investments. You’ll also discuss your circumstances and if anything has changed that affects the suitability of your investments. In addition you can let us know if you need help with anything else.
