With ongoing service you can adjust your plans to suit your circumstances with the help and advice from a Financial Adviser when you need it. Whether it’s a face to face meeting or a question over the phone, with ongoing service we are here for you.

  • Ongoing access to a Financial Adviser Annual Review meeting to review your portfolio and progress against your goals and objectives
  • Newsletters – proving you with regular information and useful insights

You don’t have to take our Ongoing Service, but you will be responsible for keeping track of your own investments and dealing directly with product providers.

You can still get advice from us, but this will be on an ad hoc basis and will incur additional charges.

Questions and Answers

Do I have to take the ongoing service?

No, it’s up to you. However you won’t be entitled to the added extras that come with it. If you do need a review or additional advice you will be charged an ad hoc fee for any work undertaken.

Can I cancel ongoing service?

How do I get my annual review?

We will send you an invite by post a few weeks before the anniversary of you taking your products.

What’s covered at my annual review?

Your Financial Adviser will discuss the performance of your investments. You’ll also discuss your circumstances and if anything has changed that affects the suitability of your investments. In addition you can let us know if you need help with anything else.
