Product Changes, effective from 5th December 2023

At Newcastle Building Society we like to make things as simple as possible, and following a review we are making some changes to reduce the number of products in our savings range.

As a result, we will be transferring the products shown in first column in the table below into the products shown in the corresponding second column, effective from 5th December 2023.

There are no changes to your product terms and conditions or interest rates as a result of these changes. Existing payments to your account will be automatically carried over to your new account and your account number will remain the same. The only changes will be to product issue numbers as we will be consolidating issues into like-for-like products.

If you have any questions regarding your account, please speak to one of our advisers in branch or you can contact us on 0345 734 4345 (lines open Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm). We may record and monitor calls. Call charges will vary.
