Our Early Talent Programme offers real work experience and live projects that will help you achieve your goals while earning above the Real Living Wage. Whether you join us through an apprenticeship, undergraduate placement or graduate programme, you’ll benefit from our unique coaching culture and will be supported by our dedicated People Development Team. They provide a range of resources and face-to-face sessions as well as opportunities to enrol on management and leadership programmes.
You’ll be well supported by your line manager, our Early Talent Manager, your own personal mentor and a network of your peers, our Early Talent Community. As part of our community you will attend a series of Early Talent Events including a Welcome Day, where you’ll meet our Executive Team – including CEO Andrew Haigh, and our Early Talent Fresher’s Week.

"My experience of the Society’s Early Talent Programme was fantastic, it has provided me with the platform to work across the Group in different areas – such as financial advice – which my role wouldn’t traditionally have done.
