When you opened your account, you will have received a User ID and instructions on how to access your account online.

Opened your account in a branch?
At the current time, our mobile banking app is only for accounts opened online with Newcastle Building Society.
Open a new online account
If you would like online access to a Newcastle Building Society savings account, you can open a new savings account online, which will give you the option to log in via our website or the mobile savings app.
