Talk to us

We are very mindful that the UK is facing a squeeze on household finances this year.

Rising food bills, the cost of heating your home, and a planned rise in National Insurance in April may all be causing concern.

Some Members might already be feeling the financial pinch.

We are your Society. We are here to support you and we encourage you to talk to us if you are concerned about your mortgage payments, or your wider finances.

If you are concerned about your mortgage payments you can call us on our dedicated payment difficulties support helpline on 0345 702 3083 or 0191 244 2257 – we're available from 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday. You can also contact us by email at mortgage.support@newcastle.co.uk

Further information and support can also be found on our mortgage payment difficulties page. Need to talk to us, contact us here.
