Alongside other mortgage lenders and building societies, we will be pausing our possessions activity over the holiday period therefore, no legal action or repossessions will be taking place in the period from Friday 15 December 2023 until Tuesday 2 January (Wednesday 3 January in Scotland) 2024. This means that no property will be repossessed during these times, except if the property is vacant, the security is at risk, or if the customer requests.
