Mortgage Contact Centre

The mortgage contact centre is one of our quickest growing departments, with 2019 being a record year for mortgage business and exciting plans in place to build on this success in 2020.

Life in the Mortgage Contact Centre is varied, engaging and fun environment to work in, everyone’s ideas and contributions are valued as we continually strive to improve the way we work and the customer experience we deliver.

Working in the Mortgage Contact Centre your main responsibilities include, resolving mortgage related queries from a range of customers, answering  mortgage related queries from both direct customers and our intermediary channel via, telephone, web chat and email. In practice this means delivering an excellent customer experience to our mortgage customers.
