What cookies and tracking technologies do we use?
This website and our apps use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device by the website you visit and the apps you use.
Cookies are generally used to make websites work effectively to:
- retain user preferences;
- store information for things like shopping carts; and
- provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics.
We use the following types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies enable core functionality such as security, network management and availability of service. You may disable these by changing your browser settings, but this may affect how the website functions.
- Functional cookies. These cookies enable the website to provide enhanced functionality and personalisation. They may be set by us or by third party providers whose services we have added to our pages. If you do not allow these cookies then some or all of these services may not function properly.
- Performance cookies. These cookies allow us to count visits and traffic sources so we can measure and improve the performance of our site. They help us to know which pages are the most and least popular and see how visitors move around the site. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. If you do not allow these cookies we will not know when you have visited our site and will not be able to monitor its performance.
- Insight & Analytical cookies. We'd like to set cookies and similar technologies to help us to improve our website and apps by collecting and reporting information on how you use them. We study and analyse this data to help us improve our products and performance. These cookies and similar technologies collect information in a way that does not directly identify anyone.
- Targeting cookies. These cookies may be set through our site by our advertising partners. They may be used by those companies to build a profile of your interests and show you relevant adverts on other sites. These cookies are based on uniquely identifying your browser and internet device. If you do not allow these cookies, you will experience less targeted advertising.

The cookies we use on our website and in our apps:
Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are usually only set in response to actions made by you which amount to a request for services, such as setting your privacy preferences, logging in or filling in forms. You can set your browser to block or alert you about these cookies, but some parts of the site will not then work. These cookies do not store any personally identifiable information.

Visitors to our website
In order that we can monitor and improve the site, we gather certain information about you when you use it, including details of your domain name and IP address, operating system, browser, version of the website that you have visited prior to our website (if you came to us through a search engine or any other website for example).
What is a web beacon?
Web beacons (sometimes known as clear or transparent GIFs, or pixels) are used to identify whether a recipient has opened an HTML email or visited a webpage. When the email or webpage is opened, the web beacon generates a record showing that the email or webpage has been viewed. Web beacons may also record when an email or webpage is accessed, how many times an email is opened or forwarded, and which URLs or links within the email or webpage are clicked.
How do I disable web beacons?
If you do not wish to receive web beacons you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software.
